We have a 14-day returns policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Unfortunately, if 14 days have passed since receiving your order, we cannot offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase/order number. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it in (all shoes must be tried on inside and on carpet) and must also be in the original packaging. Damaged/worn items will not be accepted for a refund.
How Do I Return?
- All returns should be made exclusively with a courier or a post office as we do not have a drop off point.
- We currently do not offer free returns labels for refunds
There are two methods in which you can return your item(s):
BOASTYBEE Returns Portal
If you are a UK customer, you can create your Collect+ returns label here. Please follow the instructions on the page and drop your return off at your closest drop-off point. Please note there is a £4.60 charge if you choose to use this service. If you opt for a refund, we will process the full transaction amount (excluding the original delivery charge) minus the £4.60 handling charge per order.
Own Returns Method
If you would like to use your own returns method please:
- Fill out the returns form included in your package or print off this returns form and follow the steps
- Ship your item to:

If you choose this method, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item if you use your own courier.
If you would like an exchange, please state on your returns form of which style/size you would like to exchange for.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We only replace damaged items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange this for youIf you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item if you use your own courier.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
